The last appointment is earlier than the closing time, so aim to arrive with at least fifteen minutes to spare rather than at the door as we close.

Men's Health Screening Blood, vitals and a doctor to talk the results through. Testosterone Testing Morning blood draw, interpreted against symptoms rather than a number alone. Testosterone Therapy Assessment, treatment and the monitoring that has to go with it. Erectile Dysfunction A physical cause is common and worth excluding before anything else. Hair Loss Assessment and medical treatment, reviewed by a doctor. Weight Management Medical weight management, not an off-the-shelf programme. Blood Tests Individual markers or a full panel, with same-visit blood draw. Allergy Testing Blood specific IgE and skin prick testing. Vaccinations Travel, MediSave-claimable and routine adult vaccines.

Imaging is done in the same visit as your consultation where the scan is available here, so results can be reviewed with you rather than sent on to another appointment. MRI is arranged through our partner radiology centres.

What are the opening hours at the Novena clinic?

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm, and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays. The last appointment is 5.15pm on weekdays and 12.15pm on Saturday, so please arrive before then rather than at closing time.

How do I get to the Novena clinic by MRT?

Take the MRT to Novena MRT and use Exit B. It is a 2-minute walk from there. The clinic is on Level 9 of Royal Square Medical Centre.

Is there parking at the Novena clinic?

Parking is available within Royal Square Medical Centre. Parking charges are set by the carpark operator rather than by the clinic.

What happens at a first consultation?

A first consultation usually runs to about twenty minutes. If bloods are needed they are taken in the same visit, so you will not have to come back a second time just for the draw. Most results are back within a few working days and we go through them with you rather than sending a report and leaving you to interpret it. If your test needs fasting, water is fine and a morning slot is easier than fasting through a working day.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Your NRIC or passport, any medication you are currently taking (the boxes are easier than a list), and any recent test results or referral letters. If you are claiming from insurance or MediSave, bring the details with you and we will tell you what is claimable.

Can I be seen without travelling to Novena?

Often, yes. Home health screening comes to your address anywhere in Singapore, and telemedicine covers follow-up reviews and ongoing care. Not every condition can be handled remotely, so WhatsApp us on 8095 3275 and we will tell you which applies to you.
